Implied Conditions
What is it? Certain implied conditions are not written into marine insurance policies, but they are so basic to the understanding between the underwriter and the assured that the law gives them much the same effect as if written. (In many other types of contracts there also may be implied conditions, for example a seller of goods implies that they are fit for the purpose they purport to serve.)Added By: Kyle
